Sometimes, it’s hard to imagine what path life might lead you down. As for us, we never dreamed of opening a care facility for the elderly, but necessity is often the mother of invention.
Over 7 years ago, our very active 65 year old mother suffered a brain aneurism. We nearly lost her, but by the Grace of God, she is still with us today. Our father devoted the last 5 years of his life to taking excellent care of our mom and before his passing several years ago, we promised him we would always take care of mom and keep her in a safe and loving home environment. At the point of dads passing mom came to live with us, Kerry and Terri, in our little 3 bedroom home in Huntington Beach, California
